A sequence of in-class lab assignments were developed to support the Mechanics coursework of the Fall-semester of a Physics class. These included constant-velocity motion within a frame, elastic and inelastic collisions, adding in gravity, and planetary motion. The students worked with Vpython which provides language support for 3D objects and vector mathematics, and followed the Matter and Interactions text of Chabay and Sherwood.
