Honoring the Whole Child:
Head, Hands, & Heart

River Song Waldorf School, Fort Collins, Colorado

We are a school community dedicated to offering a classic liberal arts education which honors the whole child: hands, heart, and head. Our mission is to nurture, through Waldorf education, full human beings who are able to impart purpose and direction to their lives.

Serving Early Childhood (starting at age 2-1/2) and Elementary school children (Grades one through six).

Throughout the year, RiverSong Waldorf School holds school tours, open houses, kindergarten orientations, festivals, puppet shows, and lectures by Waldorf educators from across the country.  Parents and community members are invited and encouraged to become involved by attending school assemblies, assisting with school festivals, events, and committees. The collaborative effort of teachers, parents, and community creates a rich educational experience for River Song students.

We have an excellent student-teacher ratio; our average class size in the Grades Program is 12.

We believe that Waldorf education should be available to all, and River Song has an active financial assistance program in place to keep school expense within the reach of our community.
